Further to our “Donor Privacy Policy” dated July 13, 2005, which states in full that “all names and addresses of our donors are considered CONFIDENTIAL information. Said information will only be released as a matter of law or upon written authorization of Donor. Additionally, all solicitations of whatsoever kind and electronic form will bear the acknowledgement of our privacy policy.”

We further note that all donor information received and/or collected by S.H.A.P.E.  Community Center, Inc., which may be inclusive of name, address, email address, telephone number and credit/debit card information is for the purpose of processing / soliciting donations for S.H.A.P.E.’s programs, activities and operations, inclusive of newsletters and other updates. We do not share donor information with any outside parties, unless with the donor’s authorization or a matter of law. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of this information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and internal management procedures to safeguard and secure donor information.
